How can this be resolved. A software upgrade also available. If on rental basis also, they may replace both router and power unit. I will break the da-a211-i modem configuration procedure in two steps. I think you shoud try to get one adapter which has the same specifications then try, hope the problem is in the adapter which made the modem unstable, because it worked fine for you before that.
